Who’s ready to lose themselves? With Akryl’s music, it’s easy to do just that. The songs of the East Swiss musician, which hover between dream-folk and indie-pop, feel fragile, dreamy, warm—and yet urgent all at once.

After countless live shows over the past few years, the songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer—who also acts and dances—finally released her debut EP in autumn 2025: “wenn ich groß bin, will ich alles werden außer alt” (When I grow up, I want to be everything except old).
And she made a powerful statement right away: with her cleverly crafted, offbeat coming-of-age lyrics, she often hits a nerve—or strikes straight at the heart. At the same time, she proves herself as a rising star on the German-speaking indie scene.
