Born and raised in New Jersey, the Korean-American singer and rapper started out covering pop songs on Instagram as a teen. That’s where she met producer Anwar, who put her onto Sade and A Tribe Called Quest. Together they built a sound that doesn’t sit still: pop-rap, genre-blurring, playful, unpredictable. Her breakout track «Comic Sans» feat. Jack Harlow put her on the map and she hasn’t slowed down since.
