Terms and Conditions Shop

The following Terms and Conditions apply for merchandise orders in our online shop.

Delivery

• Delivery is handled by Swiss Post: B-Post
• 
Shipping and handling is a flat fee of CHF 7.00
• 
On orders of CHF 100.00 and up we waive the shipping and handling fee of CHF 7.00
• Delivery is possible within Switzerland only

Payments by invoice

• Only in exceptional cases (until 2 weeks prior to the festival), please contact us at info@gurtenfestival.ch.
• Payment must be made in advance

Exchange

• Not happy with the size you ordered? Please contact us within 15 days after receipt of the item at info@gurtenfestival.ch.
