When & where?

The wristband exchange takes place on the Monday and Tuesday before the festival:

Monday & Tuesday, 5:00–8:00 pm

Who can exchange their ticket?

The advance wristband exchange is available for all guests with tickets that are already valid from Wednesday:

• 1-day pass (Wednesday)
• 2-day pass (Wednesday–Thursday)
• 4-day pass (Wednesday–Saturday)

Comfort Zone tickets and invitation tickets can also be exchanged.

Important

The exchange must always be done in person. Each person can only exchange their own ticket for a festival wristband. It is not possible to pick up wristbands for other people.

Good to know

We recommend downloading your ticket to your smartphone in advance so that the exchange process on site is quick and easy.

You can also top up your Cashless card before the festival starts.
