The new Dance Tents are enjoying their second season – and once again, these airy dance temples are much more than just side-shows for Gurtenfestival party lovers. Up near the eastern viewpoint you’ll find the Soundgarden where the urban DJ royalty holds court. Their most prominent member: DJ A-Trak, formerly Kanye West’s tour DJ, head of the Fool’s Gold label, and better half of Duck Sauce. This guest from the US tops a high-calibre list that includes Elderbrook, Kampire, Josi Miller, as well as local heroes Cobee (live) and All XS Soundsystem (live). Those who prefer straight-forward four-four time music will find happiness in the Cosmodrome thanks to the likes of Andhim, ANNA, 박혜진 park hye jin, and Animal Trainer. And for those who are open to anything: the Supermercado with DJ Cruz, DJ ZsuZsu, and Dr. Mo (among others) will offer musical delicacies of all flavours – something for everyone.
