A lot comes together in Souly’s music: the German-Italian artist blends trap, emo, metal, and electronic sounds into an intense, emotional experience. Growing up in Münsterland, he first sang in a gospel choir, later studied psychology in Osnabrück, and eventually moved to Berlin to dedicate himself fully to music.

With his debut album “Ich wünschte, es würd’ mich kümmern”, he delivered introspective lyrics, atmospheric production, and powerful collaborations—such as with OG Keemo and Layla. On his latest album, “tRaence”, he continues what he started: vulnerable, demanding, and urgent, Souly fuses trap and trance with lyrics that hit hard.

Luca Carlo Politano, Souly’s real name, forges his own path. And when he borrows from others, he does so with full transparency and a wink—like on “Maske weg”, where he clearly nods to US trap star Future.

Even live, Souly creates his own unique universe: a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, visionary outfits, and an audience fully present thanks to taped-over phone cameras.
