A young woman with Tamil roots from a tiny Appenzell village, and a self-declared “schwugo”: Reena Krishnaraja and Milan Milanski are two performers taking the stage at our Forum—and they’re anything but typical for the German-speaking Swiss comedy scene. And that’s exactly what makes their acts so refreshing—and so successful! Right now, both are storming stages across Switzerland with their solo shows, making the whole country laugh—Milan, for instance, as a field reporter on “Late Night Switzerland”. At this year’s Gurtenfestival, these two rising stars will share the stage: 20 minutes each with their solo shows, followed by 20 minutes as a duo.
