Giant Rooks

It took Giant Rooks just three EPs and one album to achieve their international breakthrough: Several hit singles, hundreds of millions of streams, seven-figure monthly listeners on Spotify, world tour. The band has played an incredible 500 concerts in the past seven years, sold-out shows in Rome, Paris, Manchester, Mexico City, Los Angeles, New York, stops at the Reading Festival in Leeds and at Lollapalooza Chicago. Hardly any English-speaking indie act in Germany has caused more of a stir internationally than Giant Rooks. The five boys Hamm, Frederik, Finn, Luca, Johnny and Finn, have rightly earned a reputation as a powerful live combo. Their debut album “Rookery” from 2020, which was celebrated by the music press, was finally followed four years later by their second album “How Have You Been”. They call this wonderful music art pop, experimental sounds in pop arrangements, rock with a touch of electronica and folk, great festival moments guaranteed.
