You have the opportunity to exchange your ticket for a festival wristband already on Monday, July 14, and Tuesday, July 15, during the festival week.

Who:
Everyone who has a ticket that includes Wednesday (this also applies to invited guests):

• 1-day pass (Wed)
• 2-day pass (Wed–Thu)
• 4-day pass (Wed–Sat)
  Exchange applies to both regular and Comfort Zone tickets

Where:
At L’Ovestino, Bubenbergplatz 11, in downtown Bern.

When:
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Good to know:

• Load your ticket onto your smartphone in advance
• If you see a long line stretching to the end of the block in front of L’Ovestino, try coming back a bit later
