Items Confiscated at the Main Entrance:
Were you asked to leave an item—like your boom box—at the entrance and couldn’t retrieve it during the festival, or simply forgot it? Please contact us at info@gurtenfestival.ch using the number given to you by our security staff. All items and clothing taken at the entrance are still with us and can be collected within three months.

Lost Items on the Festival Grounds:
Did you lose something on the festival grounds? All lost and found items handed in during the festival have now been transferred to the municipality of Köniz. You can search for your item at www.easyfind.ch or inquire by phone at 031 970 95 15. The lost and found office is located at Sägestrasse 42, 3098 Köniz.
