The remaining balance on your cashless card will be automatically refunded to the account used for your last top-up by July 25. If you topped up your cashless card using a credit card or your PostFinance card, the remaining amount may only appear or be credited with your monthly statement. You will see the refund across all payment methods by the end of July at the latest. If something didn’t work, feel free to contact us at cashless@gurtenfestival.ch.
