The remaining balance on your Cashless card will be automatically transferred back to the account used for the last top-up by July 26.
If you loaded your Cashless card with a credit card or your Postfinance card, the remaining balance may not be displayed or credited until your monthly statement. You will see the chargeback for all payment methods by the end of July at the latest. If something has not worked out, please contact us at cashless@gurtenfestival.ch.
