The Cup Deposit Donation is a long-standing Gurtenfestival tradition. Together, we crowdfund donations that make a real difference where support is needed most.

This year, all donations will go to Brava, an NGO working to prevent gender-based violence and sexism through advocacy, education, and support services. Brava’s vision is a just society where everyone – regardless of gender – can live free from violence and make their own choices.

New this year: in addition to donating your cup deposit when returning your cup, you can also donate digitally. Simply scan one of the QR codes displayed at various locations across the festival site.
