Visitors will find a selection of crispy tarte flambée, offered in different variations – from the classic Alsatian style to the sweet chocolate-banana version. There is something for everyone here. Our tarte flambée are freshly prepared and topped with high quality ingredients for a unique taste experience that will delight the senses and perfectly round off the festival experience. We place great emphasis on regionality and use only ingredients from the nearby area whenever possible. At the same time, we always pay attention to environmentally friendly sourcing.
